Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver luxurious skincare and body treatments at CHANEL cabin whilst upholding the brand's ambassador image and standards
• Conduct comprehensive skin diagnosis and prescribe personalized skincare treatments to optimize customer satisfaction and drive product recommendations and sales
• Maintain impeccable grooming, makeup, and professional presentation in alignment with CHANEL standards at all times
• Preserve cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across the skincare cabin and points-of-sale; execute visual merchandising according to CHANEL guidelines
• Perform facials and massage treatments with excellence, sharing skincare techniques and establishing a loyal customer base through exceptional service
• Facilitate beauty workshops and seminars to demonstrate brand expertise and educate customers on CHANEL skincare philosophy and complementary fragrance and beauty products
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and EBC objectives; cross-sell makeup and fragrance using CHANEL guidelines to drive revenue
• Actively recruit and convert new skincare users to CHANEL products
• Manage facial appointment scheduling to optimize cabin utilization; maintain accurate inventory of testers, tools, and equipment
• Record customer details and sales data in CRM systems in accordance with company data protection policies
• Provide market intelligence feedback to management on competitive activity, customer insights, and emerging skincare trends and techniques

Qualifications

• Facial diploma from recognized body (ITEC, CIBTAC, CONFERATION, or CIDESCO)
• Minimum three years of professional facial treatment experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of body anatomy, physiology, and foundational massage techniques
• Demonstrated excellence in facial and massage treatment techniques
• Strong selling skills with passion and distinct interest in skincare category
• Professional, ethical standards in the beauty industry
• Basic makeup application skills
• Well-groomed appearance with clear complexion
• Fluency in mother tongue; English language proficiency is preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative team approach

Skills

Experience

Minimum three years of professional facial treatment experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment. Proven expertise in delivering personalized skincare consultations, conducting facial and body treatments, and driving skincare sales with demonstrated passion for the skincare category.

Education

Secondary School education as minimum; facial diploma from ITEC, CIBTAC, CONFERATION, or CIDESCO required. Massage therapy certifications are advantageous.
