Role & Responsibilities
- Provide luxury skincare and body treatments in the Chanel beauty cabin according to brand standards
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and professional advice to clients
- Maintain a polished professional appearance as a skincare therapist, including makeup and grooming
- Maximize skincare category sales while building long-term client relationships
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly VIP client reservations, service delivery, and sales targets
- Maintain the beauty cabin's visual merchandising in accordance with Chanel guidelines
- Communicate with clients using Chanel service standards during treatments and consultations
Qualifications
- Professional skin care certification or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of professional skincare experience
- Strong sales skills across fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories
- Basic makeup application skills
- Ability to deliver personalized client consultations
