Chanel is recruiting a Skincare Therapist in Hong Kong — deliver luxury facial treatments, client consultations and skincare retail for the Chanel beauty line.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional facial and skincare treatments in accordance with Chanel protocols and product regimens, ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences.
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations and personalised treatment plans that align client needs with Chanel skincare solutions and treatment menus.
- Drive skincare retail sales through expert product recommendations, treatment-to-retail conversion and follow-up client care to build recurring revenue and loyalty.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and stock levels to luxury-brand standards, ensuring impeccable hygiene, sanitation and presentation.
- Use CRM and appointment systems to manage client records, schedule follow-up visits and execute personalised client communications.
- Meet and exceed sales and service KPIs while contributing to visual merchandising and in-store promotional initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing brand and technical training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and advanced treatment techniques.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in beauty therapy, esthetics or a related discipline (vocational certificate or diploma).
- Certified training in facial techniques and skin analysis from a recognised institution or professional academy.
- Demonstrable knowledge of advanced facial treatments and skincare ingredients used in prestige beauty.
- Right to work in Hong Kong SAR and ability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Several years of hands-on experience delivering facial treatments and retail skincare services within luxury beauty, boutique spa or prestige retail environments, with a track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating loyal clients.
Education
Vocational diploma or certificate in beauty therapy / esthetics or equivalent professional training.
