Chanel is hiring a Skincare Therapist in Hong Kong to deliver luxury facial treatments and personalized consultations while driving retail sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored facial treatments and skincare consultations that exceed client expectations and create personalized beauty stories
- Achieve sales targets and drive retail performance through effective skincare product recommendations and upselling
- Maintain an elegant, professional appearance and ensure all client interactions align with Chanel's brand standards and service protocols
- Deliver facial massage and beauty therapy services with exceptional technical skill and attention to detail
- Embrace omni-channel retail trends and facilitate seamless digital shopping experiences

Qualifications
- Current facial therapy certificate or diploma compliant with local Hong Kong regulations
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facial salon or beauty cabin environments within the retail industry
- Excellent facial and massage techniques with demonstrated passion for beauty therapy
- Strong sales skills, particularly in skincare product sales, with foundational makeup application abilities
- Technology savviness and awareness of digital and omni-channel retail trends
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, or other languages as required for the Hong Kong market
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in facial salons, beauty cabins, or spa environments within a retail or luxury hospitality setting. Prior experience with luxury or premium skincare brands is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced retail environments and manage multiple client interactions effectively.
Education
Facial therapy certificate or diploma as mandated by local Hong Kong regulations. Additional beauty or aesthetics qualifications are advantageous.
