Role & Responsibilities
- Embody Chanel's brand standards by maintaining impeccable grooming, professional appearance, and adherence to uniform requirements whilst serving as a model for employee appearance standards
- Ensure all client communications remain professional and confidential, reflecting Chanel's brand integrity and values
- Maintain the skincare service area in a state of cleanliness, organisation, and professional hygiene

Qualifications

- Demonstrated basic makeup application skills
- Passion and genuine interest in beauty and skincare innovation
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in skincare services, facials, treatments, and beauty sales within a luxury retail or professional beauty environment. Prior experience in multi-location or client-facing roles is valued.
Education
Cosmetology licence or Level 2 beauty certification is preferred; candidates with equivalent professional training or demonstrable expertise through prior roles will be considered.
