Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert skincare consultations and treatments, including facials and body massages, without the use of apparatus.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and enhance the customer purchasing experience for VIP clients.
- Monitor sales indicators and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools.
- Ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction in a retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist in a spa or luxury brand setting.
- Proven track record in meeting sales objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
