Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert skincare consultations and treatments, including facials and body massages, without the use of apparatus.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and enhance the customer purchasing experience for VIP clients.
  • Monitor sales indicators and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools.
  • Ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction in a retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist in a spa or luxury brand setting.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills

Expertise in skincare treatments and techniques. Strong sales and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury spa or beauty brand environment is required.
