Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and create customized beauty experiences for each client
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating CHANEL's skincare philosophy and beauty expertise to customers
- Provide expert product recommendations and beauty tips tailored to individual client needs
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clientele
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals within the retail environment
- Stay current with global beauty trends, innovations, and skincare best practices
- Support omnichannel retail operations, integrating digital and in-store shopping experiences
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced department store or boutique setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional skincare or facial treatment experience in a spa, boutique, or department store setting
- Professional beauty license (乙級以上美容師執照) or equivalent beauty certification
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication
- Team-oriented work style with collaborative and inclusive approach
- Prior experience selling skincare or makeup brands in a department store or prestige retail environment is highly preferred
- Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and continuous learning
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in skincare services, facial treatments in spas, or prestige beauty counter work in department stores. Prior sales experience with luxury skincare or cosmetics brands is preferred.
Education
Professional beauty license (乙級以上美容師執照 or equivalent). Additional beauty certifications or formal training in skincare is advantageous.
