Role & Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences across in-store and digital channels
• Deliver expert personalized skincare consultations that educate and captivate clients on product benefits and application techniques
• Lead skincare category elevation through in-store events and experiential programming
• Actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio using clienteling and data capture tools
• Support overall counter success through promotion of makeup and fragrance alongside skincare
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets and key performance indicators
• Mentor and guide colleagues, serving as a brand ambassador and demonstrating best-in-class client service
• Contribute to Chanel's sustainability ambitions through daily practices and collective action

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, benefits, and application techniques
• Proven experience in a client-facing retail environment
• Ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections
• Demonstrated confidence in creating and executing engaging events and activations
• Collaborative team-first mindset with passion for client experience
• Empathy and insight into understanding and anticipating client needs

Skills

Experience

Proven experience in a client-facing retail environment, preferably within luxury beauty or fragrance. Demonstrated success in building client relationships, driving sales, and working collaboratively within a team setting.

Education

Secondary education minimum; additional training in beauty, skincare, or hospitality preferred.
