Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized skincare consultations and facial massages using Chanel-trained techniques.
• Assess clients’ skincare needs and recommend personalized skincare programmes designed to deliver accurate results and ensure satisfaction.
• Share skincare knowledge, trends, Chanel facial techniques and tips to inspire clients to explore the Beauty range.
• Coach Beauty Advisors and share skincare knowledge as a source of influence and inspiration.
• Build long-lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business and business results.
• Sell across all Chanel product categories to enhance the client experience.
• Deliver bespoke in-chair facial treatments and tailored skincare advice, educate clients on effective skincare regimes, and build trust-based client relationships.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service delivery and discretion while adapting to diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of beauty trends and culture, with an excellent understanding of skin and skin treatments.
• Experience working with clients to understand and explain skincare, products and Chanel treatments.
• Storytelling ability and the ability to engage and inspire clients and team members.
• Proactive attitude, self-directed learning and the ability to influence skincare best practice.
• Professional knowledge and certification in beauty therapy, or an equivalent diploma or certificate.
• International certifications such as a CIDESCO Diploma in Aesthetics or CIBTAC Certification are highly regarded.
• Basic makeup skills to complete the client experience are advantageous.
• Availability to work some weekends and late nights.

Skills

Education

Professional knowledge and certification in beauty therapy, or an equivalent diploma or certificate. A CIDESCO Diploma in Aesthetics or CIBTAC Certification is highly regarded.
