Chanel seeks an experienced Skincare Marketing Manager in Tokyo to lead brand strategy and campaigns in the premium beauty market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for skincare product lines, aligned with global brand guidelines and local market dynamics
- Lead campaign conception, creative direction, and deployment across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints
- Manage product launches and seasonal campaigns, coordinating with creative, merchandising, and sales partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and consumer insights to inform product development and positioning recommendations
- Oversee marketing budget allocation, ROI tracking, and performance metrics across assigned categories
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including corporate offices, regional teams, and external agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Proven track record of 5+ years in luxury beauty or skincare marketing
- Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, product positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research and consumer behavior analysis
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple business units
- Fluency in English and Japanese required
