Chanel Skin Therapist position at David Jones Bourke Street, Melbourne. Part-time 30 hours/week with beauty therapy expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and facial treatments using proprietary Chanel techniques
- Assess client skincare needs and develop tailored skincare programs to achieve optimal results and ensure satisfaction
- Share skincare knowledge, beauty trends, and Chanel facial techniques with clients to inspire exploration of the beauty range
- Coach and mentor Beauty Advisors as a voice of influence and expertise on skincare best practice
- Travel to multiple locations as required and manage personal schedule and travel logistics seamlessly
- Maintain exceptional presentation, service delivery standards, and discretion across all environments
- Cultivate long-lasting client relationships through warmth, authenticity, and consistent excellence in service delivery
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in beauty therapy, esthetics, or equivalent diploma or certificate
- CIDESCO Diploma in Aesthetics or CIBTAC Certification highly valued
- Expert knowledge of beauty trends, skincare science, and skin treatment modalities
- Demonstrated experience working in a salon or spa cabin environment
- Proficiency in basic makeup application techniques
- Ability to deliver presentations and inspire clients and team members through storytelling
Skills
Experience
Substantive experience working in a professional salon, spa, or beauty therapy environment with demonstrated proficiency in facial treatments, skincare consultations, and client service. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive repeat business through quality service delivery.
Education
Professional certification or diploma in beauty therapy, esthetics, or related qualification. CIDESCO Diploma in Aesthetics or CIBTAC Certification preferred.
