Role & Responsibilities
- Support R&D teams in the design, execution and documentation of in vitro and ex vivo skin biology experiments.
- Maintain aseptic technique and perform routine cell culture, tissue handling and skin explant assays.
- Conduct biochemical and molecular analyses (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, microscopy) and produce clear experimental reports.
- Contribute to data analysis, interpretation and presentation of results to multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, quality procedures and cosmetic regulatory requirements; maintain accurate lab notebooks and sample traceability.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings with formulation, toxicology and regulatory teams to align biological testing with product development timelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or engineering programme in cell biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biomedical engineering or equivalent (alternance/work‑study agreement required).
- Solid academic foundation in cellular and molecular biology.
- Hands‑on proficiency in cell culture and maintenance of aseptic conditions.
- Experience with common laboratory techniques such as ELISA, qPCR, histology/microscopy and protein assays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to document experiments precisely.

Intended for students in a work‑study programme; previous internships or 6–12 months of laboratory experience in cell culture or skin biology are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a Master’s or engineering programme in biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering or a closely related discipline (alternance/work‑study contract required).
