Chanel internship in Paris (1st arr.): Showroom Press Intern supporting Fashion collections, press relations, and visual merchandising. January 2027 start.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in collection inventory audits and prepare accessory reports on an ad-hoc basis
  • Manage internal requests from Production and Accessories teams, including shipments and returns
  • Maintain showroom standards daily, ensuring collection spaces, accessory displays, and reserves are organized to facilitate shopping appointments and client meetings
  • Execute visual merchandising updates for accessory displays every two weeks according to Image department guidelines
  • Perform collection maintenance including minor garment repairs (buttons, grips, labels) and coordinate dry cleaning and repair services
  • Support event preparation including guest reception, logistics, and packaging
  • Contribute to the Wardrobe Project by assisting with inventory management and catalog development (listing, photography, PowerPoint presentations)
  • Prepare and submit wardrobe activity reports
  • Assist in appointment preparation through outfit selection and presentation
  • Process returns by verifying garment condition and reporting missing pieces
  • Monitor and report on showroom presentation tool inventory (hangers, display trays, visual merchandising equipment)
  • Coordinate stock management and purchasing reports

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or pursuing Bac +2 level studies in a university program with specialization in communications, press, or fashion
  • Demonstrated contact and service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive and dynamic work attitude
  • Sound logical thinking and product sensitivity
  • Basic sewing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
