Chanel internship in Paris: support fashion showroom operations, manage press collections, and coordinate logistics for haute couture and prêt-à-porter lines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage global fashion collection returns and track delayed pieces through inspection, restoration, re-display, and follow-up communications to ensure product accountability and inventory integrity
- Support the shopping team in preparing press shipments for France and curating event collections through digitization, documentation development, and careful packaging of garments
- Create and maintain collection schedules, coordinate updates, and ensure continuity of schedule management with other interns
- Oversee showroom packing supplies inventory—including garment covers, transparent bags, and branded totes—by conducting regular stock audits and compiling purchase reports to optimize inventory levels
- Track and report on showroom activity metrics through regular updates to operational reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or post-secondary educational institution with a specialization in communications, press, or fashion studies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid competency in Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive approach to problem-solving

Currently pursuing higher education in commerce or a related field with particular focus on communications, press, or fashion disciplines.
Education
Currently enrolled in or near completion of a Bac +2 or higher qualification (business school, commerce program, or fashion/communications specialization preferred).
