Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage global fashion collection returns and track delayed pieces through inspection, restoration, re-display, and follow-up communications to ensure product accountability and inventory integrity
  • Support the shopping team in preparing press shipments for France and curating event collections through digitization, documentation development, and careful packaging of garments
  • Create and maintain collection schedules, coordinate updates, and ensure continuity of schedule management with other interns
  • Oversee showroom packing supplies inventory—including garment covers, transparent bags, and branded totes—by conducting regular stock audits and compiling purchase reports to optimize inventory levels
  • Track and report on showroom activity metrics through regular updates to operational reporting dashboards

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or post-secondary educational institution with a specialization in communications, press, or fashion studies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid competency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and organizational abilities
