Chanel Shop Manager position in Foshan: Lead luxury retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance key performance indicators
- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional client service and brand experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and luxury retail best practices
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shop Manager or equivalent leadership role in luxury retail
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams in a high-performance environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Chanel brand values and commitment to luxury brand representation
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion, jewelry, or beauty sectors. Prior experience managing multi-brand boutiques or flagship stores is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
