Chanel seeks an experienced Fragrance and Beauty Shop Manager in Foshan to lead retail operations, team development, and customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and embody Chanel's brand culture and vision through integrated customer service excellence
- Lead a large-scale team to achieve performance targets while supporting individual team members' KPIs
- Partner with training and development teams to cultivate staff capabilities and succession pipeline for the brand
- Ensure operational compliance with headquarters standards, maximizing in-store efficiency and process integrity
