Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and create long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store footwear sales targets while maximising conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain superior product knowledge of footwear constructions, materials, sizing and seasonal assortments to advise clients on fit and styling.
- Ensure impeccable floor presentation and merchandising for the footwear area, including displays, signage and stock rotation.
- Manage inventory for the footwear category: receive, label, replenishment and assist with stocktakes and loss-prevention procedures.
- Execute personalised fittings, alterations follow-up and after-sales service to uphold client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with store management and cross-category colleagues to drive store initiatives, private appointments and special events.
- Accurately process transactions, client data and appointment bookings using store systems and adhere to operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven retail background with experience selling footwear or fashion accessories in a premium or luxury environment preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships and deliver consultative selling.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and professional presentation consistent with a luxury brand.
- Ability to manage physical aspects of the role, including fittings, stock handling and merchandising.
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium footwear/fashion retail, with demonstrated results in clienteling and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
