Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the shoe boutique, ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of sales goals.
- Lead and inspire the team, fostering collaboration and adherence to Chanel's standards in operations, merchandising, and client relations.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and boutique environment, ensuring alignment with Chanel's brand image.

- Manage and enhance client relationships through exceptional service, consultations, and CRM data analysis.
- Achieve financial objectives by setting team goals and focusing on sales performance.

- Address performance management issues and coordinate team schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on security, payments, and returns.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Head Office on budgets, events, and operational improvements.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate inventory control.
- Implement Chanel visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s identity.
- Participate in and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and client relationship management.

- Extensive experience in luxury retail, preferably within fashion, with demonstrated sales and leadership success.
