Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the shoe boutique, ensuring exceptional client service and achievement of sales goals.

  • Participate in and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and client relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in luxury retail, preferably within fashion, with demonstrated sales and leadership success.

Skills

Strong organizational and operational skills with a focus on achieving results through collaboration. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and engage clients and team members. Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

Extensive experience in luxury retail, preferably within fashion, with demonstrated sales and leadership success.
