Chanel seeks a Shipping Supervisor in Candiac to oversee fulfillment operations and lead the dispatch team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and fulfillment operations to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Manage inventory verification, labeling, packaging, and quality control procedures
- Lead and mentor shipping team members, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols
- Monitor shipping metrics, manage logistics documentation, and coordinate carrier pick-ups
- Optimize warehouse workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company shipping standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
