The Senior Visual Merchandising Executive supports Chanel’s Fragrance and Beauty Product Division by coordinating visual merchandising guidelines, campaign launches, and planogram updates across Macau and Hong Kong. The role includes supplier and frontline collaboration, visual merchandising reporting, podium applications, store visits, training support, and onsite assistance for launches and openings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement visual merchandising guidelines, support campaign launches, and plan generic planogram updates for the Fragrance and Beauty Product Division.
- Bridge Macau and Hong Kong, ensuring boutiques and counters consistently meet Chanel brand standards.
- Build relationships with frontline staff to address operational and business needs through visual merchandising storytelling.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines across different store design concepts and work with external suppliers to maintain Chanel’s visual identity.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives through reporting, podium applications, and onsite support.
- Visit stores and competitors regularly and support visual merchandising training.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, adapting to market changes and business priorities.
- Provide onsite support during visual merchandising launch updates, new store openings, and podium setups.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retail visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Adobe programs, other design tools, and the MS Office suite.
- Experience providing onsite support during visual merchandising launch updates, new store openings, and podium setups.
- Creative vision and a design detail-oriented approach.
- Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Detail-minded, innovative, and dynamic approach to work.
- Passion for Fragrance & Beauty products and the luxury retail industry.
