Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the visual merchandising strategy for the Vancouver boutique in alignment with global and regional campaign calendars.
- Conceptualise, design and supervise installation of seasonal window displays, in‑store sets and product vignettes that translate brand storytelling into commercial environments.
- Collaborate closely with retail operations, local marketing, buying and logistics to ensure timely execution and stock coordination for displays and events.
- Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, manuals and floor plans to ensure consistent brand presentation across the store.
- Manage external vendors and contractors — from concept prototyping to on‑site installation — and control associated timelines and budgets.
- Train, mentor and audit store VM and sales teams on presentation standards, fixture usage and visual techniques to maximise conversion.
- Monitor visual KPIs and qualitative feedback to iterate concepts that drive footfall, dwell time and sales performance.
- Oversee maintenance of fixtures, props and seasonal assets; ensure high standards of housekeeping and presentation at all times.
Qualifications
- Professional portfolio demonstrating luxury retail window and fixture design, with clear examples of concept-to-installation projects.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive visual merchandising experience within luxury fashion or premium retail, including leadership of VM rollouts.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external suppliers, schedules and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to influence store teams and senior stakeholders.
- Capacity to travel locally and regionally as required for installations and rollouts.
- Fluent written and spoken communication appropriate for a luxury retail environment.

Minimum 5 years' progressive visual merchandising experience within luxury fashion or premium retail, with a proven track record leading window and store concept rollouts.
Education
Degree or diploma in visual merchandising, interior design, set design, product design or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
