Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all campaign activities on schedule with meticulous attention to detail and ensure consistent in-store visual merchandising in alignment with global VM strategies
- Develop and distribute VM guidelines to stores based on the marketing calendar in close collaboration with marketing and retail teams
- Propose comprehensive VM plans for store openings in cooperation with Store Planning, tailored to each store's concept and ensure full installation
- Conduct regular floor plan reviews and offer strategic guidance to enhance sales performance and optimize client journey
- Implement gifting-focused animation and wrapping services during key emotional moments and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain continuous communication with Regional VM leadership to ensure design adaptation for local market context
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to verify that local vendors execute VM and technical guidelines with precision
- Visit retail locations regularly to train store employees, enforce VM standards, and provide coaching on compliance with established guidelines
- Manage overall FBP VM forecasting and stock allocation in close coordination with marketing and regional forecasting teams to minimize slow-moving inventory
- Maintain updated inventory records of in-store VM materials and coordinate timely ordering aligned with execution plans
- Inspect VM materials periodically for condition and arrange repairs or replacements as needed
- Manage VM budget allocation and spending within approved parameters, reporting progress regularly to management
- Update and distribute BA (Brand Ambassador) training content and conduct regular training sessions for retail staff
Qualifications
- University degree in a design-related field; Architecture, Interior Design, or Graphic Design majors preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in visual design and cosmetics or beauty retail industry
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Advanced proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of architecture and design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD)
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey key points clearly

Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in visual design, retail merchandising, and the cosmetics or beauty industry. Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale VM campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining brand standards across multiple retail locations.
Education
University degree in a design-related discipline. Architecture, Interior Design, or Graphic Design specialization is strongly preferred.
