Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with Chanel's global brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
  • Design and oversee the installation of window displays, in-store vignettes, and focal point presentations
  • Collaborate with retail management, ecommerce, and corporate marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels
  • Train and mentor visual merchandising associates and support teams on execution standards and creative direction
  • Manage visual merchandising budgets and procurement of display fixtures, props, and materials
  • Conduct regular audits of retail spaces to ensure compliance with brand standards and optimize product presentation
  • Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to inform and refine merchandising strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury fashion or selective retail
  • Demonstrated expertise in window design, in-store display, and retail theatre creation
  • Strong understanding of Chanel's brand identity, aesthetic values, and creative direction
  • Proven track record of managing visual merchandising teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Advanced proficiency in visual merchandising software and design tools
