Senior Visual Merchandiser at Chanel, Hong Kong—lead boutique displays and VM strategy for iconic luxury brand
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive boutique display maintenance and quality assurance in strict accordance with Chanel brand standards
- Plan and execute strategic visual merchandising rotations for windows and in-boutique presentations to strengthen brand presence
- Serve as primary liaison between boutique operations and visual merchandising team, reporting business challenges and display feedback
- Support seasonal product launches and external venue set-ups in collaboration with the regional VM team
- Coach floor associates on daily visual merchandising maintenance protocols and brand presentation standards
- Document all display modifications with photographic evidence and maintain regular photo-reporting cadence
- Manage visual merchandising tools inventory to ensure adequate quantity and quality standards
- Communicate display updates and product changes to the VM team in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in design studies
- 3–6 years of progressive visual merchandising experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sector
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Competency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to innovation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments

Experience
3–6 years of relevant visual merchandising experience in retail industries, preferably in the luxury sector. Demonstrated expertise in boutique display management, seasonal campaigns, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Education
Diploma or certificate in design studies or equivalent qualification in visual design, merchandising, or a related discipline.
