Chanel seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive for a 1-year contract role in Ho Chi Minh City to lead recruitment operations across the region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and regional growth plans
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for key business functions and senior leadership roles
  • Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and executive leadership to understand talent requirements
  • Drive recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to enhance Chanel's market position as an employer of choice
  • Oversee recruitment timelines, budgets, and cost per hire metrics to ensure operational efficiency

Demonstrated experience recruiting for senior and specialized positions within global organizations. Previous experience in Asia-Pacific markets or emerging luxury markets is highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certification in talent acquisition, recruitment management, or HR strategy is advantageous.
