Role & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer generation for all organizational levels
• Proactively source and develop robust candidate pipelines for both corporate and retail positions, prioritizing high-volume hiring capacity
• Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, administer assessments, and deliver high-quality shortlist recommendations to hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain recruitment status tracking, and ensure seamless communication flow to deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders
• Partner with People Experience Team and payroll vendors to support offer activities, including contract preparation, documentation collection, and pre-onboarding logistics
• Facilitate seamless onboarding coordination with Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within recruitment systems, track pipeline metrics, and support reporting requirements
• Ensure process governance, compliance, and operational discipline across all recruitment activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Demonstrated exposure to high-volume hiring environments and multinational organizational settings
• Strong background in retail, FMCG, or comparable fast-paced industries
• Proven sourcing capability with ability to manage multiple concurrent roles
• Detail-oriented with strong data management discipline and tracking proficiency
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative coordination, interview scheduling, assessment administration, and post-offer logistics
• Proactive, hands-on approach to end-to-end recruitment operations with strong process ownership

Skills

Experience

Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with high-volume hiring exposure and experience in multinational environments. Background in retail, FMCG, or similarly fast-paced sectors is highly advantageous.
