Chanel Singapore seeks Senior Sustainability Manager to lead circular systems and innovation initiatives in luxury operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement circular economy frameworks aligned with Chanel's sustainability strategy
- Lead innovation projects focused on sustainable materials, waste reduction, and product lifecycle optimization
- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to integrate circular principles into product development
- Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and key performance indicators across operations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and business models supporting circular systems
- Engage with external stakeholders including suppliers, industry bodies, and certifying organizations
Qualifications
- Strategic expertise in circular economy principles and sustainable business models
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale sustainability or environmental projects

Experience
7–10 years of progressive experience in sustainability, environmental management, or circular economy roles, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, or high-end manufacturing sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or sustainability certification (e.g., ISO 14001, B Corp, Cradle to Cradle) is advantageous.
