Chanel Singapore seeks a Senior Supply Planning Executive to lead fragrance & beauty supply chain strategy, inventory optimization and omnichannel replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end supply planning and inventory optimization aligned with demand forecasts and business priorities, maintaining healthy inventory levels while minimizing stock-out, excess and aging inventory risks
- Own purchase order validation through M2M Global tool, balancing POS inventory, visual merchandising requirements, product lifecycle status and supply constraints
- Develop and maintain supply plans with Global and Regional Supply Chain teams to secure inventory allocations and prioritize critical supply requirements
- Manage omnichannel supply planning across four channels—Chanel Standalone Boutique, Ecommerce, Department stores and Travel Retail—designing allocation and quota strategies to ensure optimal service levels
- Drive replenishment planning and inventory optimization across assigned channels to maximize product availability, service levels and stock productivity through proactive rebalancing and redistribution activities
- Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs including Service Level, POS Availability, Inventory Coverage, Corporate Social Responsibility metrics and inventory write-off performance
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing and Retail teams to support campaign readiness, ensure transparency on supply status and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage product-related activities including local registration processes, quality inquiries, product recalls, Anti-Diversion submissions, and system product activation and mapping
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management or related supply chain function
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP and planning systems is advantageous
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
5+ years in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain roles. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel inventory environments with responsibility for strategic supply planning, replenishment execution, and stakeholder management across commercial and operational teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
