Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, understand, and manage risks across key markets, including the UK, Canada, Ireland, Switzerland, and Latin America.
  • Embed risk awareness into daily decision-making processes across various teams.
  • Strengthen controls and compliance to ensure robust and effective risk management processes.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and insights to support confident operations while upholding Chanel's standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Audit, Sustainability, Operations, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Background in risk management, audit, or internal control.
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, or luxury sectors is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English.

Experience
