Chanel Senior Project Manager Retail Engagement role in Paris, Watches & Jewellery division, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the conception and execution of retail engagement strategies for the Watches and Jewellery division
- Manage cross-functional project teams encompassing retail operations, visual merchandising, and clienteling to achieve brand objectives
- Oversee the implementation of in-store experiences, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators to ensure delivery excellence
- Liaise with regional retail management and global stakeholders to align engagement initiatives with brand standards
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's brand guidelines and luxury retail standards across all retail touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail project management or luxury brand retail operations
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a luxury goods environment
- Strong understanding of watch and jewellery retail dynamics and customer engagement
- Advanced project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinking coupled with meticulous attention to operational detail
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in retail project management, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated success managing end-to-end projects in retail engagement, store operations, or brand activation within a multi-brand or global luxury goods environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related discipline. MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is advantageous.
