Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for creative initiatives within the Beauty Program and Social Media for the Parfums Beauté division, from brief to delivery.
- Translate marketing and brand briefs into detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations; ensure timely delivery of assets across channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (brand marketing, product, digital, legal, retail, PR) to align objectives, sign-offs and launch sequencing.
- Manage external creative agencies, production vendors and talent partners; conduct briefings, review cycles and quality control to safeguard brand standards.
- Oversee editorial calendars and social media publication schedules; ensure creative assets are optimized for platform specifications and campaign KPIs.
- Monitor project budgets and invoices, escalate risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain scope and financial control.
- Prepare executive-ready status reports, post-mortems and performance summaries to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in project management for creative, brand or marketing campaigns within beauty, luxury goods, cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrable experience managing agencies and multi-format content production (photo, video, motion, social formats).
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage concurrent high-priority projects and complex stakeholder matrices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear creative briefs and executive summaries.
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or equivalent experience are advantageous.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or production roles within beauty, luxury or fashion; proven experience leading creative and social media campaigns and managing external agencies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
