Chanel in Paris seeks a Senior Project Manager, Collection Events Orchestration to lead runway and collection productions for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for collection events (runways, presentations, salons and client activations), ensuring alignment with creative direction and brand standards.
- Define and control budgets, schedules and resource plans; produce accurate cost forecasts and ensure fiscal discipline across suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including creative, production, PR, retail, operations and technical teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Select, contract and manage external suppliers and technical partners; negotiate commercial terms and supervise deliverables to quality and timeline targets.
- Oversee on‑site logistics and show execution, including rehearsals, stage and set management, technical runs and client hospitality.
- Identify and mitigate operational and reputational risks; implement contingency plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver post‑event reporting, performance analysis and lessons‑learned to inform future event strategy and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing high‑profile fashion collection events or runway productions within a luxury brand or creative agency.
- Demonstrable expertise in budget ownership, vendor negotiation and commercial governance for complex live productions.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects and shifting priorities under tight timelines.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to coordinate senior creative stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours during event periods.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in fashion or luxury event production, with direct ownership of runway shows, presentations or large client activations and a history of managing multidisciplinary teams and external production partners.
Education
Bachelor's degree in project management, production, communications, arts management or equivalent professional experience.
