Chanel seeks a Senior Production Executive to design and govern executive presentations for North Asia's President's Office in Hong Kong, supporting strategic leadership communication.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain approved design standards—including typography, color palettes, visual styles, and brand assets—ensuring absolute brand coherence across all leadership materials
- Build scalable presentation processes and user-friendly templates, creating a centralized asset library (imagery, themes, graphic resources) to enable seamless slide creation and modification
- Lead end-to-end design, formatting, and timely delivery of high-visibility executive presentations in partnership with President's Office team members
- Contribute design expertise and execution discipline to broader strategic initiatives, including regional event orchestration and bespoke gifting design
- Transform complex business topics, data, and insights into clear, elegant, and compelling visual storytelling aligned with regional strategic priorities
- Establish rhythm, structure, and continuous improvement in how strategic messages are cascaded across North Asia markets
Qualifications
- Refined eye for clean, artful design with strong mastery of graphic fundamentals including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, grid alignment, and composition
- Advanced expertise in presentation software with strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, or equivalent platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines with composure and responsiveness
- Highest degree of maturity, ownership, and discretion when handling confidential and strategically sensitive materials
