Chanel seeks Platform Product Manager in Hong Kong to lead composable architecture strategy, regional integration platforms, and Client domain vision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shape platform strategy that connects technical capabilities with meaningful business outcomes, particularly within the Client domain
- Bridge business needs with technical capabilities to ensure platform evolution meets evolving regional and domain requirements
- Drive adoption of standardized, modular integration components across regions and business units
- Translate enterprise architecture strategy into clear, actionable product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Define scalable product management models that enable deeper specialization and broader impact across Chanel's integration landscape
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and data teams to break down organizational silos
- Define and manage compelling vision for each composable capability, ensuring outcomes deliver measurable business value
- Establish clear, stakeholder-aligned roadmaps that guide platform evolution and demonstrate measurable progress
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement in platform features and processes

Qualifications
- Proven product leadership experience in the Client domain or comparable enterprise platform environment
- Demonstrated ability to align platform vision with quantifiable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of integration principles and how they enable business outcomes across complex, multi-system environments
- Expertise in modular design, capability-based integration, and interoperability principles
- Familiarity with API lifecycle management and integration patterns
- Knowledge of design standards and governance models for enterprise platforms
- Understanding of cloud-native integration approaches and security considerations, including compliance and data protection
- Experience translating complex technical needs into clear, actionable strategies that inspire cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Extensive experience in product leadership within enterprise technology environments, with particular strength in platform thinking, integration architecture, and managing complex cross-regional business requirements. Proven track record of successfully aligning diverse stakeholder perspectives and translating technical complexity into compelling business narratives. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in agile environments while championing iterative delivery and user-centric approaches.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in platform management or enterprise architecture is preferred.
