Chanel seeks a Senior Organization Design Manager in Paris to lead organizational transformation initiatives within the Fashion Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead organizational design and detailed deployment initiatives, translating macro-level strategy into operational implementation across the Fashion Division
- Operationalize organizational structures by defining roles, responsibilities, and job specifications in collaboration with HR partners and management teams
- Independently clarify shared processes and responsibilities across functional units; support cross-directional governance and process formalization
- Provide end-to-end ownership of designated organizational projects, ensuring rigorous alignment with corporate objectives and operational feasibility
- Advise business project teams on organizational impacts, including process mapping, solution design, project governance, and operational support
- Contribute to the evolution and deployment of organization design methodologies and change management practices within the Fashion Division
- Support teams in change adoption and operationalize governance frameworks for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in organizational design, project management, or business transformation
- Advanced degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent institution
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design methodologies, tools, and forward-looking frameworks
- Strong analytical and structuring capabilities with rigorous attention to detail and precision
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with political acumen and relational intelligence
- Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and influence stakeholders through conviction and collaboration

Experience
5 to 7 years of professional experience in organizational design, project management, business transformation, or related strategic advisory roles.
Education
Advanced degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent higher education institution.
