Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail partners to ensure brand protection and drive business performance through omnichannel excellence.
  • Create strategic business plans for each retailer group, evaluating commercial viability and driving brand equity.
  • Manage and mentor a direct report, ensuring effective communication and coordination across business functions.
  • Build sales projections and retailer business plans to align with divisional ambitions for market growth.
  • Analyze retail performance to identify opportunities and mitigate performance drainers.
  • Plan and execute key launches and brand events, ensuring seamless omnichannel consumer journeys.
  • Develop data partnerships with retailers to drive informed business decisions and performance improvements.
  • Support the Head of National Accounts and Commercial Director with ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fragrance and beauty within the luxury industry.
  • Proven track record of building omnichannel trade marketing plans.
  • Strong strategic thinking and digital knowledge to enhance luxury digital experiences.

Skills

Impeccable communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders. Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Experience

Extensive experience in the luxury fragrance and beauty industry, with a focus on customer experience and omnichannel strategies.
