Chanel seeks Senior Marketing Manager, Beauty for UK Region in London. Full-time maternity cover, fixed-term contract. Lead beauty strategy and campaign execution.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and own the Beauty strategy and planning for the UK Region, aligning initiatives with global brand guidelines and business priorities
  • Lead 360 launch planning for all Beauty campaigns in collaboration with UK Regional teams, ensuring cohesive execution across all client touchpoints to deliver brand and commercial objectives
  • Oversee the forecasting process for all limited-edition and continuous new product launches in partnership with Brand Managers, Commercial, and Demand Planning teams
  • Define product positioning and pricing strategies across the omni-channel environment, establishing market positioning and meaningful consumer connections
  • Manage promotional budgets for Beauty with impact, efficiency, and accuracy to optimize return on investment
  • Conduct comprehensive market and client intelligence analysis to provide in-depth market knowledge, anticipate future opportunities through industry analysis, culture and trend forecasting, and understand customer segment behaviours
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, empower talent development, and maximize departmental performance through collaborative coaching and mentoring

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the Beauty or Luxury industry at a senior marketing level
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful omni-channel marketing strategies
  • Exceptional understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics in the beauty sector
  • Evidence of successfully leading and motivating cross-functional teams across regional and global structures
  • Strong knowledge of brand positioning, product lifecycle management, and launch planning methodologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.
