Chanel seeks a Senior Manager for its Transformation Office in New York. Lead strategic initiatives, synthesize research, and drive executive communications ($87.5K–$135K).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support strategic research and roadmapping efforts, tracking progress and maintaining clarity on longer-term transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to internal strategic action planning, including workstream coordination and initiative tracking across the transformation agenda
  • Translate complex data, insights, and analysis into compelling narratives and visual storytelling for senior stakeholders
  • Build polished, executive-ready presentations, including PowerPoint decks and white papers, to exacting quality standards
  • Serve as a flexible team resource, stepping in to support a range of workstreams and functional needs as priorities evolve

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, transformation, or related functions
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize research and shape strategy in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
  • Proven expertise in translating complex data and insights into executive-level communications
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill data into coherent, persuasive narratives
  • Comfort and familiarity with emerging technologies and tools

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 87,500 to USD 135,000 per annum.
