Chanel is hiring a Senior Manager, SFMC Program Management in New York to lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud programs and enterprise CRM operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), owning roadmaps, release schedules and governance for email, automation and cross‑channel programmes.
- Translate CRM strategy into executable SFMC solutions using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Contact Builder; author and validate AMPScript and SQL where required.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with martech, CRM, analytics, creative, legal and external agency partners to ensure on‑time, compliant campaigns.
- Define and monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, ensure deliverability best practices, and surface actionable insights to optimise campaign performance and lifecycle communications.
- Manage vendors and technical partners, oversee QA, staging and deployment processes, and maintain robust documentation and runbooks.
- Coach and mentor more junior team members; drive process improvements, standardisation and platform adoption across markets.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder) in a marketing operations or CRM program management capacity.
- Strong technical proficiency in AMPScript, SQL and HTML/CSS for email; experience integrating SFMC with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Demonstrable track record delivering enterprise-level CRM programmes in a retail or luxury brand environment, including cross‑regional coordination.
- Experience managing external agencies and third‑party vendors; strong stakeholder management and change‑management capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Approximately 7+ years in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation with at least 3 years of hands‑on SFMC program delivery and experience coordinating cross‑functional, multi‑market projects; prior management or leadership exposure preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
