Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global performance excellence agenda, setting objectives, KPIs and governance to improve operational efficiency across retail, supply chain and corporate functions.
- Sponsor and deliver cross-functional continuous-improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and other performance methodologies to drive productivity, quality and cost-to-serve improvements.
- Design and maintain performance management frameworks and dashboards; translate data into actionable insights for regional and executive leadership.
- Coach and develop capability in continuous-improvement methods across teams, establishing communities of practice and training initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (operations, supply chain, retail, finance, IT) to prioritise initiatives, secure resources and remove executional barriers.
- Lead benefit-realisation tracking, change-management activities and standardisation of best practices across markets.
- Ensure rigorous project governance, risk mitigation and regular reporting to executive sponsors and cross-functional steering committees.
Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification strongly preferred.
- Proven track record delivering measurable operational improvement programs in retail, luxury goods manufacturing, consumer goods or consulting.
- Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional, senior-level stakeholders and drive change in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Advanced analytical skills and fluency with BI tools and Excel for measurement, modelling and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in high-stakes environments, with strong coaching and capability-building experience.

Experience
Minimum eight years of progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement or management consulting, including several years leading improvement programs and at least three years in a managerial role within luxury retail, manufacturing or consumer goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
