Chanel seeks a Senior Manager of People & Organization in Houston, TX to lead HR strategy across Texas and Georgia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with Chanel's organizational objectives across Texas and Georgia
  • Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding programs for the region
  • Lead organizational development initiatives and change management efforts
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Build and mentor the HR team to ensure service excellence and strategic execution
  • Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and succession planning
  • Establish HR policies, procedures, and best practices that reflect Chanel's brand values and culture

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role
  • Proven track record leading HR operations across multiple locations or states
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Texas and Georgia
  • Demonstrated experience with talent acquisition and organizational development
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning capability
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree (MBA, MHRM) or professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
