Senior Manager of People Analytics and AI Enablement at Chanel in New York City. Drive workforce analytics strategy and AI adoption within HR. $160K–$190K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define the people analytics roadmap and standard dashboards to support consistent workforce insights across the US organization, reducing fragmented one-off demand and enabling higher-value predictive analytics work
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights and recommended interventions, building predictive and forward-looking models for talent planning including retention forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce scenario analysis
- Establish P&O technology strategy and innovation direction, including evaluating, framing, and rolling out AI tools and use cases to support the evolving operating model
- Identify opportunities to augment versus automate HR workflows; serve as a member of the local and global AI ambassador community; and guide responsible, ethical, human-centered AI implementation within P&O with appropriate guardrails and adoption standards
- Drive AI adoption within P&O by connecting emerging tools to the team's operational challenges and assess organizational AI maturity and readiness across the function
- Enable self-service analytics capabilities for Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders through proper data governance frameworks and ongoing data literacy development
- Own employee listening strategy and engagement survey analytics, translating employee feedback into strategic insight and organizational response
- Partner with People Operations to improve data quality, data governance practices, and HRIS integration to support enterprise AI integration
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in people analytics, human resources, process insights, or related fields with recent demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence applications
- Proven hands-on proficiency with modern analytics tooling including Power BI, AI-enabled platforms, and employee survey platforms such as Qualtrics
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to transform HR processes, including building AI agents and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate or equivalent platforms
- Practical AI implementation experience with a proven track record of applying AI solutions successfully in an HR or people-focused environment
- Senior Manager-level judgment with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, set strategic scope, and establish appropriate boundaries across People Operations, Technology, and Global teams
- Experience defining analytics frameworks, establishing standard workforce metrics, and partnering across People Operations, HRIS, Technology, and Finance on shared, trusted data governance
- Strategic perspective on the future of work and emerging trends in people analytics and organizational technology
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in people analytics, human resources insights, process optimization, or data-driven organizational development, with recent hands-on expertise in artificial intelligence applications, AI tool implementation, and modern analytics platforms in an HR environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; Master's degree preferred.
