Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic objectives, goals, and measures for respective makeup categories and brands, ensuring alignment with global positioning
  • Implement go-to-market and product launch strategies, tracking KPIs and performance metrics to inform future business decisions
  • Analyze product performance, market orchestration, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and developing actionable insights for strategic direction
  • Monitor US innovation and makeup market trends, sharing insights to inform product development and campaign direction
  • Lead repricing analyses and strategy to ensure competitive positioning and global-local alignment
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional partners on advertising and promotional spend based on brand objectives
  • Influence forecasting of new product launches and oversee new SKU creation and data integrity
  • Oversee category management and assortment evolution, including renovations and discontinuations to optimize growth
  • Brief and lead cross-functional development of 360-degree marketing campaigns integrating retail, trade, commercial, and digital teams
  • Drive omnichannel strategies integrating physical and digital client experiences across all Chanel touchpoints
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Retail, Merchandise Planning, Commercial Development, E-Retail, CRM, Brand Communications, Digital, Education, and Sales teams
  • Manage orchestration calendars and launch briefs, ensuring timely delivery to all distribution channels
  • Create and deliver best-in-class presentations and materials for retail, market, and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members and guide team development
