Chanel seeks a Senior Manager for Global Internal Audit Business Partner role in London, leading strategic audit initiatives across international operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee global internal audit engagements, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management objectives and regulatory requirements
- Partner strategically with senior management and business unit leaders to identify emerging risks and audit priorities across international markets
- Develop and maintain comprehensive audit planning frameworks, methodologies, and quality assurance processes for the audit function
- Mentor and supervise audit team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Report on audit findings, recommendations, and progress to executive leadership and the Audit Committee
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, or related assurance functions
- Advanced professional certification required (CIA - Certified Internal Auditor, CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a leadership or business partner role within a multinational organization
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and governance structures
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and communicate complex audit findings effectively
