Chanel Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise – West & Hawaii. Lead regional learning initiatives, manage product expertise, coach managers across multiple markets. Base $87.5K–$135K.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver inspiring New Hire Training supporting onboarding with deep understanding of the house heritage, DNA, codes, and singularity
  • Support new boutique openings by serving as lead Fashion training resource to build team readiness and transmit Chanel singularity to clients
  • Facilitate offsite training sessions on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors
  • Ensure every Fashion Advisor and Style Advisor in the region attends at least one Product Expert Training per year
  • Facilitate immersive Service Expert Training that brings the CHANEL Client Relational Promise to life
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to Advisor styling development, client styling appointments, and client development activities
  • Shadow Managers, Fashion Expertise regularly to observe in-boutique training, coaching, and business partnership moments
  • Provide structured and actionable feedback to Managers following observations to foster continuous development
  • Track, analyze, and synthesize KPIs associated with all training activity in the region
  • Share regional training insights, field observations, and performance analysis with the Fashion Expertise Home Office regularly
  • Contribute to the evolution of national training strategy by surfacing what is working and where opportunities exist
  • Maintain an individual annual client engagement goal, actively contributing to client development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of training and/or organizational development experience
  • Recognized styling expertise and strong, confident fashion flair
  • Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality
  • A proven ability to manage, motivate, and coach others
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating insights into action
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-market region
  • Genuine passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, creations, codes, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
  • Ability to travel frequently across markets and boutiques within the region (up to 70% domestic travel)
