Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise at Chanel in Miami, FL. Lead regional training and client style development across the Southeast.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring New Hire Training and support boutique openings across the region, ensuring team readiness to transmit the CHANEL singularity to clients
- Facilitate and track Product Expert Training sessions across all markets, ensuring every Fashion Advisor attends at least one per year and sharing insights with the Home Office
- Facilitate immersive Service Expert Training sessions, coordinating scheduling and attendance to ensure annual participation across the region
- Lead regional client style development strategy by establishing KPIs, executing styling strategy for global Image events, and hosting client-facing events and styling appointments
- Shadow Managers, Fashion Expertise regularly to evaluate their impact and provide structured feedback, fostering continuous development across all markets
- Track, analyze, and synthesize KPIs associated with all training activity—including in-boutique sessions, digital learning completion, and Voice of Client metrics
- Share regional training insights, field observations, and performance analysis with the Fashion Expertise Home Office on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the Home Office to align regional priorities with the broader national vision, contributing to the evolution of national training strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of training and/or organizational development experience
- Recognized styling expertise and strong fashion flair
- Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and coach others
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating insights into action
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a multi-market region
- Ability to travel frequently across markets and boutiques within the region
- Genuine passion for the House of CHANEL, its heritage, creations, and values
