Role & Responsibilities
- Curate and nurture a diverse network of creators and influential individuals across the US, inspiring authentic collaborations and brand advocacy
- Design and deliver regional influence strategies tailored to key markets including Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington DC, and additional US cities
- Orchestrate memorable events and experiences by collaborating with internal teams to curate guest lists and oversee personalized logistics
- Drive innovation in content and storytelling for major US events, facilitating creator-generated content and behind-the-scenes narratives
- Serve as primary liaison for creators, ensuring exceptional communication, support, and partnership throughout their engagement with Chanel
- Track, analyze, and celebrate the impact of creator engagements, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy and brand growth
- Ensure accurate financial operations and vendor management, supporting budget tracking, invoice processing, and compliance with internal processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in influence marketing, partnerships, event management, talent relations, or related fields, preferably within luxury, fashion, arts, or culture sectors in the US
- Demonstrated network and knowledge of influential individuals in US creative industries, including fashion commentators
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities
- Creative and culturally curious mindset with passion for storytelling and the arts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in high-touch, fast-paced environments
- Regional fluency or connections in key US markets (Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, Washington DC, etc.) are preferred
