Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee compensation and payroll accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement compensation strategies and accounting frameworks aligned with organizational objectives
  • Manage relationships with human resources, finance, and payroll teams to ensure seamless compensation administration
