Chanel Senior Manager, Compensation Accountant position in Piscataway. Lead compensation and payroll accounting operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee compensation and payroll accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Design and implement compensation strategies and accounting frameworks aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage relationships with human resources, finance, and payroll teams to ensure seamless compensation administration
- Monitor and analyze compensation costs, benefits expenses, and payroll liabilities
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to compensation accounting

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in compensation structures, benefits accounting, and payroll systems

Education
