Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, governance, and operational management of Store Experience and CAPEX investments, providing visibility into budgets, forecasts, retailer billing, and investment tracking
  • Partner with Finance, Production, Store Design, and Retailer teams to manage financial governance, monthly close activities, and investment tracking
  • Lead inventory planning and forecasting based on project pipeline, retailer priorities, and business needs, maintaining enterprise visibility across merchandising assets
  • Serve as business owner of the Merchandising Database, ensuring data integrity, governance, and operational excellence while championing its adoption as a strategic planning and reporting tool
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting across Store Experience initiatives and CAPEX investments, translating financial, inventory, and operational data into executive-ready insights
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into portfolio performance and overall business health

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with ability to manage large data sets, build trackers, create reporting tools, and synthesize complex information
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, invoices, forecasts, reconciliations, accruals, or related financial processes
  • Highly analytical with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate information into actionable insights
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization and manage complex, multi-step processes across different stakeholders and timelines
  • Demonstrated experience in retail, beauty, merchandising, store design, CAPEX, finance, supply chain, inventory planning, or operations
