Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of boutique transformation projects, including renovations, redesigns, and modernization initiatives
- Develop and implement operational excellence standards across boutique locations to enhance customer experience and sales performance
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and luxury positioning in all retail spaces
