Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee boutique repair and maintenance operations across the West Coast region, ensuring consistent adherence to Chanel's operational and aesthetic standards

  • Build and manage relationships with vendors and contractors to improve service quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency
  • Identify recurring facility issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies to enhance long-term performance
  • Support boutique teams by minimizing operational disruptions and enabling focus on client experience
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and process vendor invoices with financial transparency
  • Coordinate boutique openings, relocations, and enhancement projects through vendor management and execution oversight
  • Respond to urgent facility issues outside standard business hours to ensure business continuity
  • Travel extensively across Northern California, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and the Pacific Northwest to conduct field assessments and boutique visits

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities management, construction, or retail operations
  • Strong understanding of building systems (MEP—Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ability to read construction drawings
  • Proven track record managing vendors, contractors, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in a multi-site retail or hospitality environment preferred
  • Financial acumen with experience tracking budgets and processing invoices
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent matters outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends
