Role & Responsibilities

• Provide proximate legal support to operational teams in France and internationally on indirect procurement matters, including general services, transport, logistics, equipment acquisition, and retail store planning
• Draft, negotiate, and adapt contracts related to indirect procurement activities; develop and maintain contractual templates tailored to diverse operational needs
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize legal risks associated with procurement operations; secure commercial relationships with partners and suppliers
• Participate in defining and implementing contractual frameworks adapted to team requirements; ensure harmonization of legal practices across entities and global consistency of tools and approaches
• Integrate environmental, social, and compliance considerations into contractual practices; support implementation of internal and regulatory requirements including CSR and due diligence obligations
• Develop and deploy contractual models, guidelines, and training materials; optimize legal operations through process improvement and digitalization initiatives
• Collaborate closely with specialist legal functions including Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs; coordinate matters requiring specialized expertise

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Master 2) in law or equivalent
• Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in law firms and/or luxury sector enterprises
• Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and commercial relationships with upstream suppliers
• Strong knowledge of sustainability, circular economy principles, and ESG compliance frameworks
• Experience with CSR obligations, supply chain due diligence, and regulatory frameworks
• Fluent French and English required; additional languages preferred

Successful professional experience of 6–8 years in law firms and/or luxury sector companies, with demonstrated proficiency in contract elaboration and negotiation, responsible sourcing practices, CSR compliance, and upstream commercial relations.

Education

Master's degree in law (Master 2 or equivalent qualification).
