Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and evaluate regional learning and development programmes aligned with global L&D strategy and local business priorities.
  • Lead leadership, sales and product training initiatives for boutique and corporate teams across Korea; ensure localization and cultural relevance of global content.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and partner with business stakeholders to prioritise learning interventions that improve commercial and service metrics.
  • Develop curricula, learning journeys and blended solutions (classroom, virtual, on-the-job and e-learning) and oversee quality of instructional design.
  • Manage external vendors and subject-matter experts; negotiate scope, deliverables and budgets for training projects.
  • Coach and advise managers on people development, performance culture and succession planning practices.
  • Define and track learning KPIs, produce impact reports and provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of LMS processes, learning content governance and learner experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related discipline.
  • Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, ideally with exposure to luxury retail, premium consumer brands or retail operations.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership and commercial trainings, with measurable impact on team performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence regional and local leadership.
  • Experience managing external training vendors and overseeing program budgets.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS), virtual classroom delivery and blended learning methodologies.
